So we are finally moved into our condo! And it's finally looking normal. Paint counts as decoration right? Ha ha
It's been a crazy few days as real adulthood called our name in the form of if you want heat and hot water you have to have call the heat company to come turn it on. Ha ha. Just imagine me crouched outside in the dark using my phone as a flashlight to turn the valve on the heat meter on because Jon was at the jazz game. So needless to say when I overheard one of my first graders say they want to be grown up today I just laughed and my moms voice rang in my head when she would tell me that being grown up isn't that fun. Once again she was right. But we have heat! I'm such a grown up.
Also commuting to Salt Lake has been rough. I miss my ten minute ride and it's only been two days. The things we do for suburbia...
Well I would post pics but here's what you get...more to come later. Also found that hilarious baby pic online. Hope it makes you laugh!

It is midnight right now. I should be asleep but day light savings is making things difficult. I've also been reading Mockingjay and it's creepin me out.
Speaking of the Hunger Games the light of Jon's iPad has been glowing night after night (long after I go to sleep) as he reads about Katniss! It's funny to hear his commentary. I'm hoping this makes him a little more like Peeta (who has officially replaced Edward in my eyes). I think my plan is working as he just cuddled me and said he loves more than anything. I said, "yeah right, more than Kingston?" and he said, "yes. But just a tiny bit more, like the tiniest bit ever." ha ha ha. I love him.

It's February?!
The past three weeks since I went off track have gone by so fast. I go back to school tomorrow! I have loved my time off, especially because I've been home with Kingston, but I am excited to see my class again. I always miss them when we go off track. Speaking of Kingston, this week he started crawling!! He is all over the place and loving life.
It's been a busy few weeks! We are officially settling in Saratoga Springs! We are moving slowly into our place and I'm so excited :). Is it weird that I'm ecstatic about having a garage to do crafts? We are excited for a new adventure.
During my second week of being off we went on a cruise. It was a blast! (once i got over my anxiety to leave my baby) There was ten of us total which made traveling fun! It was my first cruise experience and it was just wonderful.
We ported in Key West, The Cayman Islands and Jamaica. We did awesome excursions in every port. I mean I parasailed, swam with dolphins, ran away (swimming would have made more sense but no I ran) from several large sting rays, zip lined through the jungle canopy of Jamaica (so gorgeous) and floated down a river. Many checks off the bucket list. Jon and I decided we are going to go on many more cruises and cant wait to bring our kids on fun excursions!
I was so excited to see Kingston the night we got back. There is nothing like that smile.
Here are some pics for your viewing enjoyment :)

Like Father Like Son

It's Tuesday
So those of you who know me know Jon works for the almighty Utah Jazz. This makes us kind of like Utah celebrities. Like for about ten minutes after someone finds out he works for them. Ha. All the questions start coming like, "Whos the nicest player?" "Why did Coach Sloan quit?" "Do the players really cheat on their wives?" In which Jon replies and then tries to change the subject...(so modest). I mean I remember when Jon and I first started dating he texted me and asked me what I was up to. I was probably painting my nails (something i rarely have time for now) but when i asked him what he was doing he said something along the lines of he was watching The Jazz practice. I was like, "yeah...right." I honestly thought he was so full of it I think I wondered, "Who is this guy?". But low and behold it was true. I thought it was semi-cool back then. I mean I never really watched basketball or anything but when I went to my first game and sat so close to the court I felt their sweat on me, I became an instant fan. I even cried once sitting in my room in Rexburg when they lost. I was just being a really involved girlfriend okay?
WHY this rant? Well I'm sitting here on the couch, alone because it's Jazz season. WOOF!
Either way I get to blog and I HAVE to post some recent pics.
Kingston is so big guys. Like on the real, he's like toddler size. I mean I love him but DANG he is HEA-VY! Now check this out.
